SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving confirm payments.

Customized and personalized products may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

The Chateau Collection will take up to 2 months for delivery.

Once the product is shipped the dispatched details will be sent to you via email.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a return request within 30 days of delivery by following the below steps:

  1. You can either call us on (929) 552-3335 or email us on enchantedfinejewelry@renaissanceglobal.com
  2. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
  3. Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in
  4. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
  5. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received

After 30 days, all sales are final. One order cancellation is permitted within a 6 month period. Any subsequent orders within the same six month period are final sale.

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.

The Chateau Collection can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the same steps for return as mentioned above.
