Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving confirm payments.

Customized and personalized products may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

The Chateau Collection will take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

Once the product is shipped the dispatched details will be sent to you via email.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a return request within 30 days of delivery by following the below steps:

  1. You can either call us on (929) 552-3335 or email us on
  2. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
  3. Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in
  4. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
  5. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.

The Chateau Collection can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the same steps for return as mentioned above.

The Enchanted Star Collection can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Only 1 product of Enchanted Star can be returned within a period of 6 months. A customer may only order one Enchanted Star product at a time. If multiple orders of an Enchanted Star are placed or multiple products in one order are placed, we reserve the right to cancel one order or one product. Our team will make efforts to contact the customer prior to cancellation. If in the event two orders are placed and fulfilled, one will be eligible for return and the other will be final sale and not eligible for exchange.
