United StatesMy experience depends upon how Enchanted Disney addresses a product defect. My wife went to wear the earrings and one of the earring clasps was bent and unable to hold the earring in place. I would hope that Enchanted Disney will stand behind a beautiful product and send us the matching earring clasp replacements. I am requesting 2 clasps just to insure those earrings are held in place should the clasp be weak point with this product. A key component of an experience is how a company performs when an issue occurs. Expectations are exceeded when an organization steps up, addresses a defect and satisfies the customer.
