The plan can be bought while purchasing the product, on product details page or within the first 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, by logging in and clicking on your profile.
Lifetime Jewelry Service Plan (LJSP) starts from the date of purchase of the plan.
Login to your account & access my account section, select the order for which you want to buy the LJSP plan, select the plan and make the payment. You will then receive an email from us with the plan details.

The Lifetime Jewelry Service Plan does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance as required under such warranties/guarantees.
The product will be repaired under the Lifetime Jewelry Service Plan (LJSP). No replacement will be offered unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our Lifetime plan does not cover replacement of center diamonds and gemstones.
No, we recommend arranging loss and theft coverage through insurance.
You can choose to cancel this plan any time. You will receive full refund if you choose to cancel the plan within 30 days of purchase provided that no services have been used by you under this plan, during that time. If cancellation is requested after 30 days then you will receive a refund at a pro rata basis.
The term of this Plan shall commence on the date this Plan is purchased and shall continue for your lifetime or until Our liability under this Plan has been satisfied
No, the Plan is non-transferable.
