The Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry warranty does NOT cover the following items:
Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry. is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)
If another jeweler performs any repair or resizing work on an item purchased from EnchantedFineJewelry.com we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.

Purchases made online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, plus shipping is on us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.
