The earrings are absolutely gorgeous! They were a gift from my husband for my birthday and I loved them. Unfortunately they didn’t close properly and the posts seemed skew. I reached out to customer service and was first offered to return them (could not exchange as they were sold out at the time) and then given the option to have them repaired. I chose the latter. Just got them back from their repair this past week, which only took a couple weeks, and they are perfect! The kindness of customer service went a long way and the quality of the earrings (and company) is impressive. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.
