SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving confirm payments.

Customized and personalized products may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

The Chateau Collection will take up to 2 months for delivery.

Once the product is shipped the dispatched details will be sent to you via email.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To make your holiday shopping easier and stress free, starting November 1, 2022, all products ordered through enchantedfinejewelry.com will have their return window extended to January 15th, 2023.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a return request up until January 15th, 2023, by following the below steps:

  1. You can either call us on (929) 552-3335 or email us on enchantedfinejewelry@renaissanceglobal.com
  2. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
  3. Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in
  4. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
  5. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
